Welfare must be the main concern for the present communities in this world when the rate of poverty increasing in developing country, unemployment grows, there are adverse affects due to Global warming, education rate is decreasing in the poor countries, scarcity in safe drinking water and healthy sanitation, child abuse and child labor issues, violation of human rights, domestic violence against women,degradation of environment, outbreak of diseases, HIV/AIDS pandemics. So, welfare and volunteering should come first.
